Store terms
Samples and clearance
Some beats may contain samples/loops that may require rights to be obtained from other third parties. By purchasing a license, the artist (licensee) accepts full responsibility for obtaining any necessary sample clearances prior to commercial release, and acknowledges that the producer (licensor) is not liable for any claims arising from the use of such samples.
Stems before a licence
The delivery of audio stems or multitrack files is for evaluation and mixing purposes only; no license to distribute, perform, or commercially exploit the resulting work is granted or implied until a formal license is purchased and a written agreement is executed by both parties.
Refunds
All digital purchases are non-refundable unless specified.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any proceedings are brought in the courts of West Yorkshire.
