Some beats may contain samples/loops that may require rights to be obtained from other third parties. By purchasing a license, the artist (licensee) accepts full responsibility for obtaining any necessary sample clearances prior to commercial release, and acknowledges that the producer (licensor) is not liable for any claims arising from the use of such samples.
Stems before a licence
The delivery of audio stems or multitrack files is for evaluation and mixing purposes only; no license to distribute, perform, or commercially exploit the resulting work is granted or implied until a formal license is purchased and a written agreement is executed by both parties.

Questions
Before you pick a tier
- What is the difference between the tiers?
- How many files you get and how far you can take the song. Basic is the MP3. Premium adds the WAV. Trackouts adds every stem so your engineer can rebuild the mix. Unlimited removes the unit and stream caps.
- Do I have to credit you?
- Yes, on every non exclusive licence. Put "Prod. Jake Angel Beats" in the title. Social posts using a beat need @jakeangelbeats in the caption. On an exclusive, credit is agreed as part of the deal.
- What does 50/50 master split mean?
- On a leased beat the master recording is split evenly between you and the producer. Publishing stays at 0% on all four instant tiers, so the songwriting side is yours.
- Can I still buy a beat someone else already leased?
- Yes, unless it has been sold exclusively. Leases are non exclusive by design, which is why they cost what they cost. If you want it locked to you, buy the exclusive.
